Prep Time: 10 Minutes Cook Time: 10 Minutes Servings: 2 - 3 Portions Ingredients Main 300 g Golden Fish Balls Cooking oil, for frying Creamy Garlic Sauce 20 g butter 4 cloves garlic, finely minced 200 ml cooking cream (or heavy cream) 30 g parmesan cheese, grated ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste) ¼ tsp white pepper ¼ tsp black pepper 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water (optional, for thicker sauce) Garnish Chopped parsley or spring onions Extra grated parmesan (optional) Instructions Fry the Fish Balls Heat oil to 170–175°C (340–350°F). Fry golden fish balls until crispy and golden brown (about 3–4 minutes). Drain and set aside. Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce Melt butter in a pan over low–medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté gently until fragrant (do not brown). Pour in cooking cream and stir well. Add parmesan cheese, salt, white pepper, and black pepper. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until smooth and slightly thickened. Add cornstarch slurry if a thicker sauce is desired. Combine Add fried fish balls into the sauce and toss gently until evenly coatedor Plate fish balls first and pour sauce over for a cleaner, café-style presentation.
