Prep Time: 15 Minutes Cook Time: 10 Minutes Servings: 6 Skewers Ingredients Main 300 g Golden Fish Balls Cooking oil, for frying Wooden skewers (soaked in water for 10 minutes) Vegetables (for skewering) 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks 1 zucchini, sliced thick 120 g pineapple chunks Sauce Options (choose one) Option A: Teriyaki Glaze 4 tbsp teriyaki sauce 1 tbsp honey 1 tsp soy sauce 1 tsp butter (optional, for shine) Option B: Honey Soy Glaze 2 tbsp soy sauce 1½ tbsp honey 1 tsp brown sugar 1 tsp sesame oil 1 tbsp water Garnish Toasted sesame seeds Finely chopped spring onions Instructions Fry the Fish Balls Heat oil to 170–175°C (340–350°F). Fry golden fish balls until crispy and golden, about 3–4 minutes. Drain and set aside. Assemble the Skewers Thread onto each skewer: Pineapple → Golden Fish Ball → Bell Pepper → Zucchini → Golden Fish BallRepeat until skewer is full. Glaze & Grill Heat a grill pan or non-stick pan over medium heat. Brush skewers lightly with oil. Grill for 2–3 minutes per side until lightly charred. Brush generously with chosen sauce while grilling. Finish Add butter (if using) to the pan at the final minute for extra gloss. Remove skewers and sprinkle with sesame seeds and spring onions.
