Servings: 3 - 4 Portions Ingredients Main: 8–10 shrimp balls 1 tablespoon cooking oil 2 cloves garlic, finely minced Sweet & Spicy Teriyaki Sauce: 4 tablespoons teriyaki sauce 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1–2 tablespoons chili sauce (adjust to taste) 1 tablespoon honey or brown sugar 2 tablespoons water 1 teaspoon cornstarch (mixed with 1 tablespoon water) Optional Garnish: Sesame seeds Chopped green onions Red chili slices Instructions Prepare the Shrimp Balls If using frozen shrimp balls, thaw completely and pat dry.Pan-sear them for 3–4 minutes until lightly golden on the outside. Make the Sauce In a small bowl, combine: Teriyaki sauce Soy sauce Chili sauce Honey (or brown sugar) Water Mix well and set aside. Cook & Glaze Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Add shrimp balls and cook until heated through and slightly browned. Pour in the sauce mixture. Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes. Add the cornstarch slurry and stir until the sauce thickens and becomes glossy. Cook until the shrimp balls are fully coated with the sticky glaze.
