Servings: 2 - 3 Portions Ingredients Main: 8–10 shrimp balls 2–3 cups cooked white rice (warm) 1 tablespoon cooking oil Fresh Toppings: 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced 1 small carrot, julienned ½ cup corn kernels (optional) 1 avocado, sliced (optional for premium version) 1–2 soft-boiled or fried eggs Sesame seeds Chopped green onions Creamy Spicy Sauce: 4 tablespoons mayonnaise 1–2 tablespoons chili sauce (adjust spice level) 1 teaspoon honey 1 teaspoon lime juice 1 tablespoon milk (to thin, optional) Mix everything until smooth and creamy. Optional Teriyaki Glaze (for extra flavor boost): 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce 1 teaspoon soy sauce 1 teaspoon honey Instructions Prepare the Shrimp Balls If frozen, thaw completely.Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and cook shrimp balls for 4–5 minutes until golden and heated through. Optional:Add teriyaki glaze ingredients into the pan and cook for 1–2 minutes until lightly coated and glossy. Prepare the Rice Place warm rice into serving bowls.Gently press to create a smooth base. Assemble the Bowl Arrange shrimp balls on top of the rice.Add cucumber, carrot, corn, and avocado around the bowl for a colorful presentation. Place the egg on top or to the side. Add Sauce & Garnish Drizzle the creamy spicy sauce generously over the shrimp balls.Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped green onions on top. Serving Suggestions Serve immediately while warm.
