Cheese Baked Seafood Tofu

Golden baked seafood tofu topped with a rich, creamy cheese sauce, perfectly indulgent, savory, and irresistibly melty in every bite.


Ingredients

Main:

  • 250 g Seafoodking seafood tofu (cut into cubes)

  • 120 g shrimp (peeled and deveined)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)

Cream Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter

  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour

  • 200 ml milk

  • 50 ml cooking cream

  • 50 g grated cheddar cheese

  • 30 g grated mozzarella cheese

  • Salt & pepper (to taste)

Topping:

  • 70 g mozzarella cheese (for melting)

  • 20 g parmesan cheese (optional, for extra flavor)

Garnish:

  • Chopped parsley

  • Chili flakes (optional)


Instructions

  1. Prepare the tofu & shrimp

    Lightly pan-fry the seafood tofu until golden. Season shrimp with salt and pepper, then sauté briefly until just cooked. Set aside.


  2. Make the cream sauce

    • Melt butter in a pan over medium heat

    • Add garlic, sauté until fragrant

    • Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute

    • Gradually pour in milk while stirring

    • Add cooking cream and simmer until slightly thickened


  3. Add cheese

    Mix in cheddar and mozzarella until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.


  4. Assemble the dish

    • Place tofu and shrimp in a baking dish

    • Pour the cheese sauce evenly over the top


  5. Bake

    • Sprinkle mozzarella (and parmesan if using)

    • Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 12–15 minutes

    • Broil for 2–3 minutes until golden and bubbly


  6. Finish & serve

    Garnish with parsley and chili flakes. Serve hot while the cheese is still melty.
