Cheese Baked Seafood Tofu

Golden baked seafood tofu topped with a rich, creamy cheese sauce, perfectly indulgent, savory, and irresistibly melty in every bite.
Ingredients
Main:
250 g Seafoodking seafood tofu (cut into cubes)
120 g shrimp (peeled and deveined)
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & black pepper (to taste)
Cream Sauce:
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
200 ml milk
50 ml cooking cream
50 g grated cheddar cheese
30 g grated mozzarella cheese
Salt & pepper (to taste)
Topping:
70 g mozzarella cheese (for melting)
20 g parmesan cheese (optional, for extra flavor)
Garnish:
Chopped parsley
Chili flakes (optional)
Instructions
Prepare the tofu & shrimp
Lightly pan-fry the seafood tofu until golden. Season shrimp with salt and pepper, then sauté briefly until just cooked. Set aside.
Make the cream sauce
Melt butter in a pan over medium heat
Add garlic, sauté until fragrant
Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute
Gradually pour in milk while stirring
Add cooking cream and simmer until slightly thickened
Add cheese
Mix in cheddar and mozzarella until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
Assemble the dish
Place tofu and shrimp in a baking dish
Pour the cheese sauce evenly over the top
Bake
Sprinkle mozzarella (and parmesan if using)
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 12–15 minutes
Broil for 2–3 minutes until golden and bubbly
Finish & serve
Garnish with parsley and chili flakes. Serve hot while the cheese is still melty.
