Prep Time: 5 Minutes

Cook Time: 10 Minutes

Servings: 2

Ingredients

Main

  • 1 pack Seafoodking Lobster Balls (about 6-8 pieces).

  • 200g Spaghetti or Linguine.

  • 4-5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil (use a good quality one for best flavor).

  • 4 cloves Garlic, thinly sliced.

  • 1-2 tsp Red Chili Flakes (adjust to your spice preference).

  • Handful of fresh Parsley, finely chopped.

  • Salt and black pepper to taste.

  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for serving).

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Reserve about ½ cup of the pasta water, then drain the rest.

  2. Prepare Lobster Balls

While the pasta is cooking, you can leave the lobster balls whole or cut some in half to show their texture.

  3. Sauté Aromatics

In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium-low heat. Add the sliced garlic and cook slowly until it turns a light golden brown. Be careful not to burn the garlic, as it will taste bitter. Stir in the red chili flakes and cook for another 30 seconds until fragrant.

  4. Cook Lobster Balls

Increase the heat to medium. Add the lobster balls to the pan and toss them in the garlic oil for 2-3 minutes until they are heated through and slightly seared on the outside.

  5. Toss Everything Together

Add the cooked, drained spaghetti to the pan with the lobster balls and aromatics. Toss well to coat the pasta with the infused oil. If the pasta seems too dry, add a splash of the reserved pasta water.

  6. Season and Finish

Remove from heat. Stir in the chopped parsley. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.

  7. Serve

Divide the pasta among plates, ensuring each serving has a good amount of lobster balls, garlic, and chili. Top with grated Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve immediately.
