Crispy cheese seafood tofu topped with creamy truffle mayo, parmesan cheese, and aromatic truffle oil for an elegant and indulgent appetizer experience.
Ingredients
For the Crispy Cheese Seafood Tofu
6 pcs of Seafoodking cheese seafood tofu
80 g all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
100 g panko breadcrumbs
Oil for deep frying
For the Truffle Mayo Sauce
120 g mayonnaise
1 tbsp truffle oil
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp honey
1 small garlic clove, grated
20 g parmesan cheese, grated
Black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Toppings
Parmesan cheese shaving
Chopped parsley
Chili flakes (optional)
Microgreens
Extra truffle oil drizzle
Instructions
1. Prepare the Tofu
Pat the cheese seafood tofu dry using paper towels.
Coat each piece with:
Flour
Beaten egg
Panko breadcrumbs
Press gently to help the breadcrumbs stick evenly.
2. Fry the Tofu
Heat oil to 170°C. Deep fry the tofu for 3–4 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
3. Make the Truffle Mayo Sauce
In a mixing bowl, combine:
Mayonnaise
Truffle oil
Lemon juice
Honey
Grated garlic
Parmesan cheese
Mix well until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and black pepper.
4. Assemble
Arrange the crispy tofu on a serving plate. Drizzle generously with truffle mayo sauce.
Top with:
Parmesan shaving
Microgreens
Chopped parsley
Chili flakes (optional)
Finish with a light drizzle of truffle oil.
