Ingredients
For the Fish Rolls
6 pieces seasoned fish rolls
Cooking oil for frying
For the Spicy Mayo Sauce
4 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp chili sauce (such as sriracha)
1 tsp sweet chili sauce
1 tsp lime juice
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp honey (optional)
Garnish
Chopped parsley or spring onion
Sesame seeds
Lemon wedges
Instructions
Fry the Fish Rolls
Heat cooking oil over medium heat. Fry the seasoned fish rolls for 4–5 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
Prepare the Spicy Mayo
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, chili sauce, sweet chili sauce, lime juice, garlic powder, and honey. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
Assemble
Slice the fish rolls into bite-sized pieces if desired. Arrange on a serving plate. Drizzle with spicy mayo or serve the sauce on the side. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped parsley.
